We furnish a full warranty on all work carried out by ourselves, subject to the following conditions:
1.The first step is to do an assessment on your fleet of vehicles, or vehicles you nominate, with or without trailers (truck or buses).
2.We identify any marginal play on suspension parts in the line of: Kingpins, Draglinks, Ball joints, Tie rod ends, Idler arms, etc.
3. All worn parts need to be replaced or reconditioned before we attempt to to rectify wheel alignment and axle alignment.
4. We recondition worn parts by injecting Polymer with Re-tech system under the correct pressure and heat.
5. All suspension parts we recondition are subject to a 1 year / 100,000km warranty. This we compare to new parts which carry no warranty.
6. We warrant that should we maintain suspension parts and wheel alignment condition of your vehicles we will increase tyre mileage by 30 percent.
7. All work will be done on site with our mobile units and after our initial correction of all worn parts and out of aligned wheels, will have to be inspected on a regular basis at times and intervals agreed between us.
8. Vehicles must be made available at times and intervals for follow-up inspections and correction of any new wheel alignment problems.
9. All information such as tyre changes etc. must be available for us for record purposes and following up of kilometers achieved.
